Go to support.brother.com and search HL-L2350DW. Select your OS and download the Full Driver & Software Package — this includes the printer driver, status monitor, and utility tools.

Installing on Windows 10 / 11

  1. Run the downloaded installer .exe as administrator
  2. Accept the license agreement
  3. Select your connection type:

- Wireless Network — the installer detects the HL-L2350DW on your network automatically

- USB — connect the USB cable when prompted

  1. Follow the wizard and print a test page when complete

Installing on Mac

  1. Download the .dmg driver from support.brother.com
  2. Open the .dmg and run the installer package
  3. After installation, go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners > +
  4. Select your Brother HL-L2350DW from the list, or add by IP address

Installing via IPP (No Driver Download Needed — Windows 11)

Windows 11 supports driverless printing via IPP:

  1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners > Add device
  2. Windows will detect the HL-L2350DW on your network automatically
  3. Click Add device — Windows installs a basic driver automatically

Wireless Setup (If Not Already Connected)

Before installing the driver, connect the HL-L2350DW to Wi-Fi:

  1. Press Menu > Network > WLAN > Setup Wizard on the printer
  2. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password
