How to Connect Samsung Printer to Wireless Network

Connecting a Samsung printer to your wireless network lets you print from any device on your network without USB cables.
Method 1: WPS Push Button
- Press the WPS button on your router for 2 seconds
- Within 2 minutes, press and hold the WPS button on your Samsung printer for 2 seconds
- The wireless light will blink and then stay solid when connected
Method 2: Control Panel Setup
- On the printer, press Menu > Network > Wireless > WLAN Settings
- Select WPS PBC for push-button or WPS PIN for PIN method
- If using manual setup, select Wireless Settings > OK
- Choose your WiFi network name (SSID) from the list
- Enter your WiFi password
- Press OK to connect
Method 3: Samsung Printer Software
- Install Samsung Easy Printer Manager on your computer
- Open the software and select your printer
- Click Network Settings
- Follow the wireless setup wizard
Confirm Connection
Print a Network Configuration Report from the printer menu. Confirm the IP address is listed and the SSID matches your router.
Troubleshooting
Samsung printer won't connect to 5GHz WiFi: Most Samsung printers only support 2.4GHz networks.
Wrong password: WiFi passwords are case-sensitive. Try entering it again carefully.
