Epson WorkForce WF-2930 Driver Download & Installation

The Epson WorkForce WF-2930 is a compact all-in-one with wireless printing. The driver is required to print, scan, and fax from your computer.

Download the WF-2930 Driver

Go to epson.com/support and search WF-2930. Select your operating system and download:

  • Windows: Epson WF-2930 Series Printer Driver (includes printer and scanner)
  • Mac: Epson WF-2930 Series Printer Driver (.dmg)

Installing on Windows 10 / 11

  1. Run the downloaded installer .exe as administrator
  2. Select your connection type when prompted:

- Wireless (Wi-Fi) — the installer will detect the printer on your network

- USB — connect the cable when prompted

  1. Follow the wizard and click Finish
  2. Open Notepad, type a few words, and print to confirm the installation works

Installing on Mac

  1. Open the downloaded .dmg file and run the installer
  2. Enter your Mac password when prompted
  3. After installation, go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners > +
  4. Select the Epson WF-2930 Series from the list — if not shown, click IP and enter the printer's IP address

Enabling Scan to Computer

After driver installation, you need to enable scan-to-computer:

  1. Open Epson Scan 2 (installed with the driver) or Epson ScanSmart
  2. Go to Settings > Scanner Events
  3. Set your scan destination (folder and file format)
  4. On the printer, press Home > Scan > Computer to scan a page

Epson Event Manager (Scanner Software)

Epson Event Manager lets you launch scanning directly from the printer's Start button. Download it separately from Epson's support site if not included in the main driver package.
