How to Connect a Lexmark Printer to WiFi

Connecting a Lexmark printer to WiFi is done through the control panel's wireless setup wizard or via WPS.

Method 1: Wireless Setup Wizard

1. On the printer's control panel, press the home button
2. Navigate to Settings > Network/Ports > Wireless
3. Select Setup On Printer Panel > Choose Your Network
4. Select your WiFi network name (SSID) from the list
5. Enter your WiFi password
6. Press Submit or Done
7. The printer will restart and connect

Method 2: WPS Push Button

1. Press and hold the WPS button on your router for 2 seconds
2. Within 2 minutes, navigate to Settings > Network/Ports > Wireless > Wi-Fi Protected Setup > Start Push Button Method on the printer
3. The printer will connect automatically

Method 3: Lexmark Management Console

For network administrators connecting Lexmark printers via the web management console:

1. Connect the printer to a wired network temporarily
2. Open a browser and navigate to the printer's IP address
3. Log in to the Embedded Web Server (EWS)
4. Navigate to Network > Wireless and configure the settings
