How to Find WPS PIN on Samsung Printer

Samsung printers support WPS PIN mode for connecting to WiFi networks, useful when the WPS push button method isn't available.

Finding the WPS PIN on Samsung Printers

Via Control Panel Menu

1. Press Menu on the printer
2. Navigate to Network > Wireless > WPS
3. Select PIN (not PBC/push button)
4. The 8-digit WPS PIN is displayed on the screen or printed automatically

Print the Network Configuration Report

1. Press Menu > Reports > Network Configuration
2. Press OK to print
3. The WPS PIN may be listed in the Wireless section

Using the PIN on Your Router

1. Log into your router admin page (usually 192.168.1.1)
2. Find the Wireless or WPS section
3. Select WPS PIN Entry or Client PIN
4. Enter the 8-digit PIN from your Samsung printer
5. Click Connect or Register
6. The printer will join your WiFi network

Confirm Connection

• The printer's WiFi indicator will show a solid light when connected
• Print a network configuration report to verify the IP address was assigned
