How to Setup Canon MG3620 Printer Wirelessly

The Canon PIXMA MG3620 is a compact all-in-one inkjet printer with built-in WiFi. Here's how to connect it to your wireless network.

Method 1: WPS Push Button (Fastest)

1. Ensure the Canon MG3620 is powered on (the power light should be lit)
2. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the top of the printer for about 3 seconds until the Wi-Fi lamp flashes
3. Immediately press and hold the WPS button on your router for 2–3 seconds
4. Wait — the Wi-Fi lamp will flash and then stay solid blue, indicating a successful connection

Method 2: Standard WiFi Setup

1. Download and run the Canon PIXMA MG3620 Setup software from Canon's site
2. Follow the on-screen setup wizard
3. Select Wireless LAN Connection when prompted
4. The software will detect your network and guide you through entering the WiFi password

Method 3: Mobile Setup via Canon PRINT App

1. Download Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY from the App Store or Google Play
2. Open the app and tap + to add a printer
