How to Setup Lexmark Wireless Printer

Setting up a Lexmark wireless printer is done through the control panel's wireless setup wizard or via WPS button connection.

Method 1: Wireless Setup Wizard (All Models)

1. On the printer's control panel, press the Home button
2. Navigate to Settings > Network/Ports > Wireless > Setup On Printer Panel
3. Select Choose Your Network and wait for the list of networks
4. Select your WiFi network (SSID)
5. Enter your WiFi password using the on-screen keyboard
6. Press Submit or Done
7. The printer restarts and connects

Method 2: WPS Push Button

1. Press and hold the WPS button on your router for 2 seconds
2. On the Lexmark printer: Settings > Network/Ports > Wireless > Wi-Fi Protected Setup > Start Push Button Method
3. Wait for the printer to connect (within 2 minutes)

Method 3: Lexmark Software on Computer

1. Download Lexmark printer software from Lexmark's support site
2. Run the installer
3. Select Wireless as the connection type
4. The software will search for your Lexmark printer on the network
5. Follow the setup wizard to complete wireless configuration

After Setup

Print a Network Setup Page to confirm:

1. Menu > Reports > Network Setup Page
2. Verify the SSID and IP address on the printout
