Where to Download Panasonic KX Drivers

Visit panasonic.com/us/support and search for your KX model number. Alternatively, go directly to the Panasonic Business products support page and navigate to Printers & Fax.

Installing the Driver on Windows

  1. Go to panasonic.com/us/support and search your KX model number
  2. Click Drivers & Software and select your Windows version
  3. Download the Printer Driver package (.exe)
  4. Run the installer as administrator
  5. Follow the setup wizard — select USB or Network connection
  6. Print a test page when the installation completes

Installing the Driver on Mac

Panasonic KX driver support on modern macOS is limited. For macOS 12 (Monterey) and later:

  1. Check the Panasonic support page for a macOS-compatible driver
  2. If no native driver is available, try the Generic PostScript Printer driver built into macOS:

- Open System Settings > Printers & Scanners > +

- Hold Option and click Add Printer or Scanner

- Choose Advanced and select Generic PostScript Printer

Updating an Existing Driver

  1. Download the latest driver from Panasonic's site
  2. Uninstall the old driver first: Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program
  3. Restart your computer, then install the new driver

Troubleshooting

Driver not found for Windows 11: Panasonic releases Windows 11-compatible updates over time — check the support site for the latest release. If none is available, the Windows 10 driver usually works in compatibility mode.

Fax not working after driver install: Install the separate PC-FAX driver or software component — it is a separate download on the Panasonic support page.
